Scott Frewing is an Internet Litigator with the law firm of Baker &
McKenzie. Previously, as an Assistant United States Attorney in the
Northern District of California, Frewing was a founding member of the
nation's first Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property ("CHIP")
unit. In his current position with Baker & McKenzie, Frewing works on
Computer Fraud and Abuse Act cases, and has conducted research regarding issues
relating to cross-border anti-spam enforcement.
