We know that making a decision to form a relationship with a company is not always simple or straightforward. Of course we’re here to answer any questions you may have, but sometimes you’d like the real skinny from an actual customer, not a company representative. That’s where our SuretyMail Customer Ambassadors come in.
Customer Ambassadors are real SuretyMail Email Accreditation customers who have made themselves available to speak with potential customers and new customers, to answer any questions they may have about working with our SuretyMail service. So if you want to know from a customer’s perspective what it’s like to work with us, how effective we are, how good our customer service is, or just about anything else, all you have to do is ask!
We’re really proud of this innovation, and excited to be able to offer it. Our SuretyMail Customer Ambassadors receive no compensation or special treatment; they do this because they love us! And believe me, the feeling is mutual. Our customers are awesome, and we count ourselves as very fortunate to be able to serve their email deliverability needs.
