Cox Feedback Loop (FBL) Closed for Applications Until Further Notice

Cox Communications has closed their Feedback Loop (FBL) program until further notice, meaning that they are no longer accepting applications to participate in their Feedback Loop program.

Word on the street – which has been verified by at least two sources – is that Cox has just been deluged with FBL applications, and is so under water that they needed the breathing space to clear out the backlog of applications, some reportedly months old.

That said, there is hope in this story – and that is that even if you submitted an application for the Cox FBL months ago – even if you haven’t heard a peep since – they are working on that backlog, and they will get to you, eventually.

In fact, Laura over at Word to the Wise tells of a client who just heard back from Cox that their FBL application was approved – an application that they submitted five months ago.

So if you have applied for the Cox FBL and haven’t heard back yet, hang in there – you will.

And if you haven’t applied yet, you should also hang in there, because once they have shovelled out from under, they should start accepting applications again.
