Customer Showcase: SpellingCity, Inc.

SuretyMail is delighted to welcome SpellingCity, an educational website centered around spelling and vocabulary building for elementary, middle and high school students.  Launched in 2008, SpellingCity offers practice tests, on-line vocabulary games and interactive learning, all free of charge!  This fantastic resource is already having phenomenal success, with one million unique visitors per week, and was recently listed as one of the 1,500 most visited websites.

With such rapid growth, email deliverability became a concern for SpellingCity.  Explains CMO, Sheryl Cattell, “The SpellingCity.com newsletter is an important part of the service that we provide to our end users.  Making sure that we are delivering our newsletter to our subscribers had become a top priority.”  After looking into both dedicated service providers and accreditation services, SpellingCity chose SuretyMail.  Says Ms. Cattell, “SuretyMail provided us with a fixed cost regardless of the number of emails that we sent and that proved to be a significant variable in our decision.” Although cost was a big consideration, an excellent service level and high recommendation were also deciding factors in SpellingCity’s choice.
